Entry Requirements for EAL Level 3 Award in Electrical Installation Inspection, Testing, Certification, and Reporting
At MOS Training, we offer a work-based assessment route for the EAL Level 3 Award in Electrical Installation Inspection, Testing, Certification, and Reporting (603/2625/6), designed for electricians and professionals involved in electrical testing, verification, and compliance.
What You Need to Enrol:
✔ You must have experience working with electrical installations and testing.
✔ You must understand BS 7671 wiring regulations and IET Guidance Note 3.
✔ You must be able to demonstrate competence in safe isolation, initial verification, periodic inspection, and certification.
What’s Recommended:
✔ At least three years’ experience in electrical installation, testing, or maintenance.
✔ Aged 18 or older (as per industry standards).
✔ A Level 3 qualification in electrical installation or employer confirmation of relevant experience.
